PRW Equity is a private equity fund focused on making controlling equity investments in profitable, middle market companies located in the United States. PRW prefers to invest in Business Services, Financial Services, Specialty Manufacturing, Telecommunications Infrastructure, and Value-Added Logistics companies with revenues between $20 million and $200 million. Investments are typically in conjunction with management buyouts, recapitalizations, or growth capital financings.
PRW seeks to make controlling investments in companies that meet the following criteria:
- Revenue between $20 million and $200 million
- Consistent cash flow (EBITDA) greater than $2 million
- Proven and committed management team
- Located in the United States
- Strong brand name and/or market presence
- Diverse customer base
- Scalable business model
PRW will partner with successful management teams that operate industry-leading companies. As a partner, the firm is actively involved at the Board level providing its portfolio companies with corporate governance, strategic direction, and financial and operational advisory.
PRW will not invest into highly regulated industries, start-ups, or high technology oriented businesses.
